VIP was founded by Dirk Bischof after 12 years as CEO of Hatch Enterprise, where he built the UK's leading enterprise support organisation (Financial Times Top 50). The journey included securing partnerships with JP Morgan Chase Foundation, eBay, and NatWest, designing programmes that supported 10,000+ entrepreneurs, and creating systems that others now study and replicate.
We're not theoretical. We have skin in the game through equity stakes in ventures, active involvement in building programmes, and a track record of turning strategy into reality. When we design an impact programme, we're using best practice approaches rooted in delivery, insight and creativity. When we advise on fundraising, we've helped raise millions for partners and ventures. When we talk about venture building, we're currently building and scaling the next wave of £100m impact ventures, tackling the world's biggest challenges.
